The janitors are in many cases people who are trained to do various kinds of cleaning work and they use gears and tools which are relevant to the work they do and in some cases there is need to have special janitors who have some special training in other fields such as raising the flag of a school.
Some janitors are hired to clean homes where carpets, floors and the kitchens may need to be cleaned and polished.
Janitors work under supervision and they do excellent job depending on the specifications of the home owner or the supervisor they work under.
The janitors are paid by the companies that employ them and they are not allowed to do work that they have not been instructed to do but many of them do other jobs at their spare time and many others get hired as individuals by home owners to do cleaning jobs where a big company is not desirable.
